Mag Finserv is an RBI registered NBFC that specialises in providing gold loans to its customers. Headquartered in Pune, the company has a strong presence across 65+ branches in Maharashtra and Karnataka has been serving customers over two decades. We are looking for helping hands to grow our Business Correspondent network across Maharashtra with attractive performance based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek new business prospects through various channels including outbound calls, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals
  • Identify and recruit potential Business Correspondents (BC) to expand our network
  • Work closely with Business Correspondents to understand their business needs and provide support as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent service throughout the sales cycle
  • Negotiate and manage BC agreements and renewals
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with brand standards and BC agreements
  • Prepare regular business development reports for senior management, detailing the status of sales activities, potential opportunities, and challenges.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 years of B2B sales/BD experience in India
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Marathi is a must
  • Experience in managing Business Correspondent (BCs) and/or channel partners
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Willingness to travel frequently within India
